With your Warranty Direct policy you can choose to take your car to either a network garage or a franchise dealer/non-network garage for repairs - the price you pay for your cover will vary according to your preference. Our experience of many different types of garage leads us to recommend independents for all our work - but the choice is yours.

If you have an independent garage that you trust and regularly use, please advise us and we will try and add them to our network.

Our approved network of over 1,000 independent garages includes Bosche, Castrol, HMC, Nationwide Autocentres (formerly RAC and AA owned) and Unipart. If you choose to use one of these garages we will be able to settle the bill directly with the repairer.

The Network Labour Rate is currently £60 per hour
