Transfer of Insurance

Upon the sale of your vehicle, the warranty policy of insurance may be transferred to the new owner.

This is only applicable for a warranty policy which has been fully paid up, as an instalment policy cannot be transferred to a new owner.

There is no transfer fee.

To affect the transfer, the new owner must, within seven (7) days of purchasing the vehicle, send the transfer of insurance document which is located in your terms and conditions, to Firstbase (Future Marketing) Limited t/a FBFM, 5 Clements Lane, Ilford, Essex,IG12QY or email us at customerservices@warrantydirect.co.uk.
